The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) / Grievance Redressal Cell of Rabindranath Thakur Vishwavidyalaya, is a university body formed to address internal complaints in accordance with UGC guidelines. It provides a mechanism for the redressal of grievances and submits its findings and recommendations to the university authorities.
